Delivery Method
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2PM TO ENSURE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. We will always try and process orders received between 2pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed. Channel Island & European carriage is charged at £14.95 but for orders under 1kg this will be reduced prior to your credit card being charged. VAT will also be deducted automatically from vat related products on all Channel Island orders & those outside the EU. Next Working Day Delivery UK £4.95 Orders over £100 FREE carriage
Delivery is either via Post Office Recorded Delivery or FedEx Courier (generally orders over 1kg). All orders are sent on a FedEx Next Working Day service, but please note that although FedEx are one of the best UK couriers delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to occasional problems with drivers on a local level. We try and resolve these problems as soon as they are brought to our attention. Orders under 1kg may select the FedEx option if required urgently.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If your order has NOT been received within TWO WORKING DAYS please call the office as soon as possible so we can track your order
- Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially if/and where you want your order left if no one's in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signiature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Horse Health cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
