Horse Health prides it's self on the speed and quality of our delivery. We do everything possible to ensure all orders placed before 2pm are sent out on a Next Day service. We also try and process orders received between 2pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed.
£4.95 - Orders over 1kg go via courier on a Next Working Day Delivery
£3.50 - Orders under 1kg go with Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.50 (Next Working Day Delivery via courier may still be requested at £4.95. This option gives the choice to request a parcel to be 'left in a designated safe place')
Orders over £100 will receive FREE carriage. This now includes orders going to the Channel Islands & Northern & Southern Ireland.
Please Note: All orders are sent on a Next Working Day courier service, but please note that, although we use the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level. If your order has NOT been received within TWO WORKING DAYS please call 02380 814360 as soon as possible so we can track the order and help resolve the problem.
Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially where you want your order left if no one is in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and it is therefore delivered without a signature it is at the customer's own risk.
European Orders & Worldwide Orders
The website has a 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order. Orders placed in the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand can also use the 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order.

Every effort is made to maintain the products & prices quoted on this website, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue items listed and change prices as and when necessary. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. E&OE.
Refunds will be made for any items returned which are in saleable condition, not damaged, and in original packaging within 14 days of receiving them. All postage costs for returned items are at the customers expense and we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when sending items. Exchanges and Credit Notes will be given for items returned within 30 days of receiving them.
We will refund in full or replace items like for like, but reserve the right to withhold 20% of the purchase price if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resalable. This maybe increased to 50% in the event an item is dirty or damaged.
Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately and returned for inspection in not more than 7 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for P&P refund.
All products returned must be clean & dry in compliance with Health & Safety Act. We reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in unacceptable condition.
Please note that unless damaged or defective we are unable to exchange or accept the return of:
Certain 'Gel' items once they have been in contact with a horse.
We will endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of reciept however this is not guaranteed.
Any item bought in a 'Sale' at any of our trade stands, is not eligible for exchange or refund and is deemed to have been purchased as seen.
Items bought in an 'online sale' can be exchanged for a credit note on the condition that the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. If a refund is required, notification in writing must be received within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned within 21 days of receipt. (Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014). In all cases the purchaser is responsible for return postage costs. Please note that sale items with defects cannot be returned soley for reasons of defects clearly declared in the description. All sale promotions & items are only available whilst stocks last and are limited to such.
A guarantee of one year is given on all LeMieux Lambskin products, provided they have been washed & dried in the recommended way and have not been exposed to excessive use. This will be determined once items have been returned, at customers expense, for inspection. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Lambskin items must have been washed in compliance with the following guidelines:
Allow to dry before washing
Remove hair, dirt and dried sweat with a stiff brush
We recommend using WoolSkin Wash (25ml) every time
If Woolskin Wash is unavailable, use human hair conditioner
Machine wash at 30°C on cool/wool cycle or hand wash
Use small amount of non-bio powder or liquid
Straighten/flatten cotton fabric after washing
Air dry avoiding direct heat
Never tumble dry
Avoid using strong fabric conditioners
Items being returned under the terms of this guarantee are only eligible for like-for-like replacement and not refund.
Please note: In rare cases dye from black wool items may leach from wool items giving a slight blue tint. Staining of grey coats can occur.
All other products are sold under individual manufacturers guarantees where applicable.
When placing an order through our website your details are passed through a secure server connection. This ensures the absolute security of your personal information. The secure server encrypts your details making it virtually impossible for anyone to intercept your information from the order. Forms submitted over this website do not use tracking technology. The details submitted will be processed and will only be used to process a requested order or send a brochure. Details submitted will not be passed to any third party or organisations. Mastercard/Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/Solo/Switch can all be used on this site.
